Fungus.
I might have shared this fungus pic with you already. I'm not remembering. I kept seeing this one around the streets and thinking some poor dog was shedding way more than normal. It's not dog hair.

Why I feel the need to caption my pictures all of a sudden is a mystery. I admit the pic above was taken the 9th. I don't have time to go snap a 'today' leaf picture to go with today's report.
