Cold today. All day. Right now we have 6° on the Front Porch. Winds are blowing out of the West at 12 mph with gusts up to 26 mph. Wind chill is -10°. Our predicted low tonight is 1. Another night with a closed window. Stepped outside to see if a weather illustration picture was possible. We know it's not. Too dark. But the prospect of freezing my nose and starting an ache in the ankles was just so, oh, enticing? No. It was STUPID! You know, it's true. Old bones do not like the cold.
