Yep.
The fog is blurring out the tree tops.
The Front Porch is so lovely. One of the best places to be.
I had no visitors... well, yes I did. But I have no photographic evidence of any visitors. I stepped out onto the Front Porch and was struck with one of those rare intuitive flashes that told me there was a visitor lurking nearby. Frozen in place before the storm door had a chance to finish closing, I stood there, scanning the street and the trees, looking for what I knew was there. I just couldn't see it yet. About 15 seconds into my search two Crows that I never spotted, silently launched themselves out of the Twin Trees in front of the Porch. Quietly, they both flew over my head toward the back yard. And, while I was watching the Crows, something crashed through the M Woods, headed for the backyard. Something big. All I caught sight of was a brownish blur disappearing around the house. I wonder if it was a deer. Seemed too small for a deer, or a human for that matter. It was way too big, and seemed the wrong color, for an opossum, raccoon or a fox. I peeped around the house, but never saw or heard anything more. The image in my head is just too ambiguous a blur to guess what it might have been. Tis a mystery. And shall remain a mystery. That's okay. A mystery can add certain spices to life that can be quite tasty.
Have a wonderful day, Travelers. And may whatever mysteries pass your way, be tasty treats indeed!
Love and Happiness to you, always.
