If it weren't fer the weather I'd have nuttin' to talk about. The WIP fails to show any of the beautiful lavender color that was in the sky when I stepped out. The Front porch is currently enjoying 19° of chilly, 57% humidity, fair skies and 5 mph winds. OBACE is in complete agreement with this assessment of the present weather. The Porch, usually stoic and taciturn in nature, decided it had something to say this morning. I stepped out to a rather loud boom as the boards reacted to the cold and, most likely, my girth. I really don't think I physically left the Porch, but something inside me leaped like a gazelle over the tall grasses! Who knows why my beloved Porch decided to jump start my heart. Probably in an impish mood this morning. No visitors yet. It must look funny to anyone who might chance a glance toward the house, to see my head pop up in the window every few seconds. But my picture taking addiction has been thru the window as of late. Thanks to the cold. And I just realized, for someone who claims they have nothing to say, I am babbling quite a bit. :) You know what that means!?

Same bird! Which isn't surprising in itself as crows are very intelligent and these have put two and two together, M street by fire hydrant + morning = breakfast.
