35!
It got down to 35 last night. If we already had Autumn it was of short duration. I don't think that's the case. We're still owed an Indian Summer. The WIP does a very poor job of illustrating the current 41°. It looks deceptively warm in the picture. Well, it's NOT warm! It does manage to successfully illustrates the fair skies, but I never expect it to illustrates the humidity or wind speed. That's just beyond the WIP's capabilities. Unless we had hurricane force winds and the trees limbs were bent right over in a most unnatural pose. As for the humidity... hold on a sec!
When Camera flashes on the mist in the air, would that count as a picture of the humidity?
This was taken just 5 days ago. Can this be considered a "picture" of humidity?

I had a visitor. A mouthy one. He/she has a very ear-piercing bark.
I had to go hunting in the back yard for the dinky loud mouth. Instantly shut right up the minute I got close. Never would have spotted the little bitty 'cept, after a moment, he/she moved to a higher, safer location. I caught the move in the corner of my eye. I gotta say, he/she looks as cold as I was starting to feel out there.
I was also visited by my shadow again.
I rarely see or notice my shadow. I don't know if it's because I take my shadowself for granted or because I am so rarely out in the necessary sunlight that enables her appearance. Probably a combo of both. The majority of my daylight hours are spent inside the building where I work. Kinda limits my exposure to Shadowself. Notice I've elevated her to capital letter status. I think she deserves that.
I'm awaiting word on a possible Balloon ride this afternoon! Poor phone is clutched in a death grip in anticipation. Phone crashed again for the fifth time yesterday. PLEASE Phone, don't fail me today!!
